For most orders, processing takes 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons, promotional events, or if you have ordered multiple items, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed—unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs hold-ups (for international orders), or carrier disruptions may cause slight delays, which are beyond our control.
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Non-slip bath mats are rolled or folded gently to maintain their shape and grip. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please follow our return and exchange policy (outlined separately) to resolve the issue promptly. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we have no control over them—they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations that are not serviced by our partner carriers. If you provide an invalid or incomplete shipping address, your order may be delayed, returned to us, or cancelled, and we will notify you via email if this occurs. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete shipping address at checkout to ensure timely delivery.
